Mindful
College is a transitional period for many students. Between moving away from home, late night food delivery and a hectic class schedule, it is far too easy for college students to not maintain a healthy lifestyle. Creating a balanced college experience helps develop habits that will continue through post-grad life. Mindful is a Sodexo dining initiative that focuses on wellness with a muti-faceted approach. Mindful brings awareness to physical health, emotional health and mental health by offering simple, manageable wellness tips, campus events, nutrition education and delicious recipes to help students maintain their overall health while they are with us at Belmont.
Food Allergies
Simple Servings is a specialized station in Harrington Place that offers a dining option tailored for guests with food allergies. This station prioritizes safety without sacrificing taste. Our flavorful menu guarantees a satisfying dining experience while strict protocols are in place to prevent allergen cross-contact. Our staff is expertly trained on allergen safe cooking by Julia Green, our campus dietitian and food allergy expert. Every dish at Simple Servings is prepared without 8 of the top 9 major food allergens. All dishes are crafted using separate equipment, storage areas, utensils, and preparation spaces to maintain the highest of safety standards. At Simple Servings, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of those with nutrition restrictions while serving high-quality and flavorful food enjoyed by all.

At Grown, the vegan and vegetarian station showcases the vibrant and bold flavors of plant-based cuisine. Each day, a variety of vegan and vegetarian options are available at Grown, offering fresh and delicious choices for all who dine there. In addition to Grown, there are plenty of vegetarian options throughout the dining hall at various stations, ensuring even more diverse and flavorful selections. The online menus make it easy to plan ahead, with clear icons indicating vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based selections.
