Providing you with healthy options is something your dining team proudly does every day. We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.

Food Allergies

Students with special dietary needs are expected to communicate their dietary restrictions and requirements to our Campus Dietitian, Julia Green. Food prepared and served in the Simple Servings station is free of the top eight food allergens (wheat/gluten, eggs, milk/dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, and sesame). The Simple Servings station is located in Harrington Place Dining and is open during lunch (11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) and dinner (4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) every day.

Mindful is Sodexo's health & wellness approach that helps you make healthy choices second nature! We are committed to creating healthy environments for our customers. Central to this effort is providing healthy, nutritious foods. The result of this initiative is an approach that focuses on transparency of ingredients, delicious food, satisfying portions and clarity in message so that you can make Mindful choices! Disclaimer: We do serve fin fish on occasion for variety.

Vegetarian Vegetarian&Vegan Vegan

One of the most popular stations in Harrington Place is our Grown station which has vegan entrée’s, soups, composed salads, and more for lunch and dinner. At each station, entrées are clearly marked with designated signage for Vegan and Vegetarian options. We strive to offer a variety of soup options, and salad bar condiments that create healthful and balanced meals. There are options always available and if you have any questions, please contact our Campus Dietitian, Julia Green.

Simple Servings

Simple Servings is our resident dining option, providing safe and appetizing food choices and the foods aren't plain and simple instead: lots of flavors and abundance seasonings. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross contact of their menu items. Separate equipment, storage areas, utensils and preparation areas minimize the chances of cross contact of allergens
